Spent a fantastic two nights with my family in a spacious room that overlooked the Eiffel Tower. The concierge was very nice, managing to find us transport when taxis were tough to come by. They went as far as to keep my jacket safe for future pick-up. It felt like I was cared for at every moment, you know?

Exceptional Service and Comfort

I recently stayed for 2 nights and was blown away by the exceptional service. The staff recognized our family needs and upgraded our room to one with two double beds, which was very thoughtful. The amenities were top-notch, and the room was comfortable and clean. Additionally, the view of the Eiffel Tower from our room was stunning, making our stay even more enjoyable. While everything was fantastic, I wish the dining options were more varied, especially during breakfast.

The spacious suite offered an impressive view and luxurious amenities, including a large jacuzzi bath. Breakfast at the Grand Orbit was a delight, especially the fish congee and yogurt ice cream. The staff, particularly at the Club Lounge, were exceptionally attentive and made great efforts to enhance the experience. However, renovations caused some noise disruption, and there was no breakfast arranged on one occasion. The location was convenient, but better communication regarding shuttle services would have been appreciated.

My experience was overshadowed by several issues. First, the front desk staff tried to charge me the full room rate despite my payment through Expedia. Additionally, the lack of attention to detail was apparent with the refillable toiletry bottles, one of which was empty. Breakfast was a chaotic mess. I waited over 20 minutes just to be seated because the staff failed to provide proper information at check-in.
